We are seeking a Senior Consultant in HR Technology Enablement to act as a Digital Transformation Partner. In this pivotal role, you will work alongside the Center of Excellence (CoE) and business leaders to create and execute a long-term digital strategy that will revolutionize our HR Core and Payroll functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the strategic vision for HR Core and Payroll systems.
  • Engage in collaboration around best practices and new technological advancements.
  • Facilitate meetings and discussions with business leaders to drive alignment.
  • Cultivate robust relationships within the technology sector and the broader business framework.
  • Create actionable plans aimed at enhancing NPS scores and strengthening business partnerships.
  • Connect stakeholders across various portfolios to ensure cohesive collaboration.
  • Share responsibility for technology road mapping with the Director and VP, integrating vendor insights and fostering teamwork with technology groups.
  • Lead governance and planning initiatives alongside business stakeholders.
  • Remain well-versed in emerging technologies and industry developments.
  • Organize semiannual sessions focusing on innovative technologies with partners.
  • Translate organizational needs into actionable technology requirements and validate these with stakeholders.
  • Represent business needs while aligning with overarching enterprise objectives.
  • Identify and proactively address any technical or functional deficits.
  • Maintain positive collaborations and uphold adherence to established norms.
  • Implement continuous improvement methodologies to bolster teamwork and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to align engineering and architectural expectations within an agile framework.
  • Assist in the RFP process for new technologies impacting HR Core and Payroll functions.

Required Skills

  • 4+ years of expertise in Human Capital product strategy, development, or implementation.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Project, Planner, Visio, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a strong understanding of regional variations.
  • Excellent communication skills to navigate a matrixed environment and encourage collaborative success.
  • Strong analytical skills to creatively solve business challenges.
  • Proven track record of driving business performance by identifying opportunities, assessing risks, and informing decision-making.

Compensation and Benefits: This position offers a remote work option from anywhere within the U.S. The salary ranges from \(88,000 to \)173,200 annually, based on local labor markets, education, experience, and certifications. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive programs, stock purchase options, and 401k contributions, subject to eligibility.
