Job Overview

As the Director of Enterprise Strategy Consulting, you will spearhead intricate projects and initiatives on an enterprise scale, collaborating with various business units to tackle both established and emerging challenges. This role emphasizes autonomy, as you partner with business leaders to define and propel strategic initiatives that encourage innovation and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as an internal consultant to department heads, assisting in the development and refinement of strategic plans.
• Play a critical role in formulating and advancing significant corporate strategies and innovation initiatives, contributing to both immediate and long-term planning.
• Craft and convey corporate-level strategies and innovation prospects to executives, focusing on new business avenues and competitive positioning.
• Direct market analysis efforts to uncover growth opportunities and establish performance measures and benchmarks that support desired business outcomes.
• Develop comprehensive financial and investment models, prepare ROI analyses, and provide thought leadership on strategic initiatives.
• Cultivate and sustain positive relationships with executives and team members, engaging in challenging discussions and monitoring project progress through established metrics.
• Facilitate large-scale, cross-functional meetings to synchronize strategy, and offer ongoing coaching and mentoring to team members.

Compensation And Benefits

• Salary Range: \(128,730 to \)220,608.
