Key Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload of debt resolution files, ensuring clients receive superior legal support.
• Conduct numerous telephone consultations, guiding clients through the intricacies of the debt resolution process and ensuring clarity of their options.
• Oversee settlements, meticulously review case files, and approve legal documents prepared by our adept paralegal team.
• Provide courteous and professional client service, fostering a smooth and positive experience for all clients.
  
  

Required Skills

• An attorney licensed and in good standing with the Virginia State Bar.
• Excellent communication and client consultation abilities.
• Proficiency in managing a substantial volume of cases and phone consultations.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Prior experience in consumer debt defense or collections is advantageous but not mandatory.

Compensation And Benefits

• Competitive annual salary starting at $80,000.
