Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule field service with our national network of technicians.
  • Follow project schedules and templates to ensure timely and budget-friendly project execution.
  • Manage external vendor schedules, including job-site surveys, manufacturing, transportation, and final installation to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Participate in project meetings, addressing concerns and offering solutions to customer issues.
  • Execute tasks to ensure smooth project progress until completion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with your team, other Project Managers, and external partners.
  • Manage changes in project scope with effective problem-solving techniques and contingency plans.
  • Keep all administrative tasks current and tracked according to our processes.

Requirements

  • Associate degree or two years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, and internet.
  • Enjoys staying busy and productive.
