Job Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Project Administrator for the School-Based Mental Health (SBMH) Program, where you will be instrumental in enhancing communication and collaboration among students, faculty, and partnering agencies. This role presents an exceptional opportunity to influence the landscape of social work and mental health services within educational environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead initiatives for student recruitment, targeting outstanding Master of Social Work (MSW) candidates for the SBMH cohort.
  • Collaborate on the refinement of the MSW curriculum to ensure alignment with the SBMH program’s objectives.
  • Cultivate and strengthen partnerships with community organizations to expand practicum placement opportunities and create connections with local schools.
  • Design and disseminate marketing materials, including videos and social media content, to promote the SBMH program.
  • Guide and mentor MSW students in their educational and career development, offering support in job searches and licensure preparation.
  • Aid in the collection and analysis of program data, contributing to the preparation of reports and presentations.
  • Champion the SBMH program at various events, showcasing its goals and achievements to the community.
  • Oversee grant objectives, ensuring compliance and managing financial aspects of the program.

Qualifications

  • Recent experience (within the last four years) in school-based mental health services is preferred.
  • Proven track record of collaboration with community organizations and a strong understanding of multicultural/multilingual contexts.
  • Familiarity with grant-funded projects and experience in higher education or K-12 settings is advantageous.
