Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a consistent weekly caseload, engaging with 12-15 clients for part-time therapists.
• Assess mental health diagnoses, develop and execute treatment plans, and ensure ongoing documentation adheres to company protocols.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to clients, facilitating their journey toward achieving personal goals.
• Employ creativity in therapeutic interventions tailored to individual client needs.
• Prepare and submit necessary session documentation promptly.
• Collaborate with case managers, families, medical personnel, and school staff as required.
• Actively participate in all clinical staff meetings and training sessions, whether in-person or remote.
  
  

Required Skills

• Valid mental health therapy license in Utah, or currently pursuing licensure as a pre-licensed therapist.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience as a practicing therapist or behavioral health technician.
• Preferred formal training in various therapeutic modalities such as trauma-informed care, IFS, DBT, ERP, ADHD, autism spectrum therapies, play therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, psychosis, or addiction.
• Familiarity with insurance billing processes, clinical documentation, and available community resources is advantageous.
  
  

Qualifications

• Licensed mental health therapist with an active Utah license or a pre-licensed therapist on the path to obtaining licensure.
• Proven experience of at least 1-2 years in a clinical setting.
