Job description

Position Title: Senior Manager, Enterprise Indirect Channel Sales

Location: We welcome candidates from across the nation; preferred locations include Chicago, IL, Overland Park, KS, and Frisco, TX. This role offers the flexibility of remote work.

Job Overview: Join our esteemed organization as the Senior Manager for Enterprise Channel Partner Sales. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead our national channel initiatives and implement forward-thinking sales strategies with key strategic partners throughout the United States. Your primary focus will be on identifying new business opportunities while nurturing and expanding existing partnerships to propel growth in the Enterprise channel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assume responsibility for sales management, business development, training, and collaboration with direct sales teams.
  • Formulate and execute strategies aimed at increasing market share and promoting innovative products and services through our partner channel.
  • Inspire and guide team members, fostering a collaborative environment, and providing clear direction to address challenges.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and conduct regular assessments to ensure sustained sales growth.
  • Engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including sales leadership and executives, to strengthen partner relationships and enhance business performance.
  • Build and maintain robust relationships with key partners to drive shared success.

Required Skills

  • 7-10 years of experience in B2B sales, with a minimum of 7 years specifically in channel sales.
  • Demonstrable success in selling to enterprise accounts and experience with Value Added Resellers (VARs), Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), System Integrators (SIs), and Managed Service Providers (MSPs).
  • At least 5 years of experience in people management, showcasing the ability to develop and lead high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and decision-making capabilities, including experience in delivering presentations to C-suite executives.
  • Willingness to travel nationwide (50%+).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
