Key Responsibilities

• Define Product Vision: Collaborate with stakeholders to establish product goals and translate broad ideas into actionable features for diverse user groups.
• Design User-Centric Experiences: Create intuitive and engaging interfaces that simplify complex interactions, enhancing the overall user journey.
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work alongside product managers and engineers to identify the minimum viable product (MVP), facilitating rapid development and iteration.
• Oversee Design Processes: Guide the implementation of design solutions, improving usability and ensuring successful feature launches.
• Establish Design Systems: Develop and maintain design components that integrate effectively into our design library and style guide.
• Incorporate User Feedback: Gather insights from various stakeholders and users to inform design decisions and improve overall user satisfaction.
• Think Holistically: Understand the complexities of our systems, empathize with users' needs, and align your work with our strategic objectives.
  
  

Required Skills

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in UX design for SaaS products or internet services.
• A compelling portfolio demonstrating expertise in both UX and visual design, showcasing your role as the primary designer.
• Proven track record in delivering products with intricate user flows and diverse scenarios.
• Strong proficiency in user research, interaction design, visual design, and usability testing.
• Exceptional communication skills to effectively convey design concepts and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, iterative environment that encourages quick iterations and adaptability.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in a tech environment, particularly with SaaS products.
