Key Responsibilities
- Design, articulate, and present tailored product-specific solutions throughout the sales process to meet quarterly and annual targets.
- Serve as a technical and domain expert, supporting the sales team in client-facing engagements.
- Conduct discovery workshops to identify customer pain points and showcase product capabilities that meet their requirements.
- Respond to inquiries regarding product features and technical specifications from clients, partners, and team members.
- Lead strategic initiatives within major accounts, including customer journey sessions to define roadmaps and outcomes.
- Provide constructive feedback to product management regarding potential enhancements that address customer needs.
- Share insights and reusable resources with fellow Solution Consultants to elevate team performance and efficiency.
- Stay updated on competitive dynamics and market positioning.
- Support various marketing endeavors, including executive briefings, conferences, and trade shows.
Required Skills
- Over 5 years of experience in pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering.
- Proficiency in cloud software solutions or relevant technical expertise.
- Strong collaborative skills, working effectively with product management, marketing, partners, and professional services.
- Solid territory management skills, including pipeline development and collaboration with sales teams.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering.
- A background in cloud software solutions or equivalent technical knowledge is preferred.

Compensation And Benefits
For positions located in the Bay Area, California, we offer a competitive base salary between \(111,150 and \)172,350, inclusive of equity (when applicable), variable compensation, and a comprehensive benefits package.
