Job Title: Executive Personal Assistant - Remote | WFH

Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and dedicated Executive Personal Assistant to provide exceptional support to a high-achieving principal in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This role will encompass a variety of administrative, operational, and project management tasks, making it crucial for the ideal candidate to excel in a startup culture, particularly within technical sectors such as technology, aerospace, defense, or artificial intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison for all matters involving the principal, managing sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
  • Execute a range of administrative, operational, and office management tasks as assigned.
  • Organize and oversee the principal’s calendar, appointments, and commitments, ensuring they remain informed and prepared.
  • Follow up on action items and maintain awareness of ongoing issues to provide timely updates to the principal.
  • Anticipate and address the principal’s requirements for meetings and events, arranging travel, itineraries, and accommodations as necessary.
  • Conduct research and compile relevant information to aid in decision-making and presentation preparations.
  • Facilitate the planning and coordination of team meetings, retreats, and company events as directed.
  • Support human resources initiatives and recruiting events when required.
  • Assist with special projects and additional responsibilities as designated.

Required Skills

  • Strong multitasking abilities and effective prioritization skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G Suite applications.
  • Quick learner with excellent situational awareness.
  • Comfortable managing a substantial volume of scheduling and event coordination tasks.
  • Ability to respond swiftly and appropriately to urgent situations.
