Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead project endeavors from inception to completion, guaranteeing alignment with business objectives and timelines.
• Collaborate effectively with internal team members, third-party contractors, and consultants to synchronize resources and achieve project milestones.
• Establish project goals and deliverables while overseeing quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Partner closely with development teams and Product Owners to clarify and push forward project deliverables.
• Sustain transparent communication with stakeholders through regular updates, reports, and prompt issue resolution.
• Identify project risks and formulate contingency strategies to proactively address potential challenges.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships essential for project success with both internal and external stakeholders.
  
  

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in management, business, or a relevant field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is preferred.
• A minimum of five years' experience in overseeing intricate projects from initiation to completion.
• Proficiency in project management software and methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage personnel and project timelines, ensuring superior quality outcomes.
• Experience in both independent and collaborative settings, showcasing adaptability to shifting priorities and demands.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with upper management, clients, and diverse departments.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes is an advantage.
• Competency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
