Join Our Client's Dynamic Customer Support Team!


Do you have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service? Are you ready to elevate your career by joining an innovative, fast-paced environment? We are hiring an Insurance Customer Support with French to be the vital link between our client's European Insurance Intermediary and its valued customers!


Duration: 9 months (potential to extend)

Contract: Temporary PAYE

Location: Remote in Ireland

Visa Sponsorship: Not available

Pay: Up to 48,000 euros/year, based on experience

  • Maintain up-to-date records of all customer interactions in line with industry standards.


WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Qualifications: Recognized insurance qualification (APA, CIP, ACII, FCII, QFA, LCOI or other).
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in an insurance intermediary or customer-facing insurance role.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in French and English (Spanish is a bonus!),
  • Technical Skills: proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google apps
