What you’ll do  

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Senior SDR, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying and qualifying potential customers, developing relationships, and generating new business opportunities. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to support our overall growth strategy.  

Responsibilities  

-Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and research potential customers through various channels, including online research, social media, industry events, and networking. Develop and execute effective strategies to generate new leads and build a robust sales pipeline.  

-Qualification & Outreach: Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure they align with Browzwear's target customer profile. Conduct outreach via phone, email, and social media to engage potential customers and set up meetings for the sales team.  

-Relationship Building: Build and nurture relationships with potential customers, understanding their needs and pain points. Present Browzwear's value proposition and tailor messaging to resonate with different stakeholders.  

Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and share insights from prospect interactions. Provide regular feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.  

-Sales Process Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and interactions in HubSpot and Salesforce. Track and report on key performance metrics, including lead conversion rates and pipeline progression.  

-Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the fashion and apparel sector. Continuously refine and improve sales development techniques and processes. 


Requirements

Qualifications: 

-Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.  

-Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or a similar role, preferably in the fashion, apparel, or technology sectors.  

-Experience in B2B SaaS supporting large (>$100K ACV) enterprise sales teams  

-Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.  

-Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.  

-Strong organizational and time management abilities.  

-Proficiency in using HubSpot and Salesforce  

-Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
