Position Summary
In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing innovative technologies and solutions that improve health and human services outcomes. Collaborating with a team that thrives on creative solutions, you will address some of healthcare's most pressing challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Project Teams: Oversee and guide small project management teams within a larger technological program.
- Manage Project Components: Handle project schedules, scope, budget creation, and quality control of deliverables.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks through regular status reporting and updates to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
- Client and Team Communication: Manage expectations by measuring and communicating project metrics and making necessary adjustments to the program.
- Prepare and Approve SOW: Draft detailed Statements of Work (SOW) for clients and secure stakeholder approval.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 3+ years in managing complex projects or programs related to business transformation through the full project management life cycle.
- Project Management Knowledge: Familiarity with methodologies such as Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
- Budget and Software Knowledge: Experience in budget development, control, and project management software.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and oral communication skills to advance objectives and motivate team members.
- Multitasking Abilities: Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and translate broader objectives into clear project milestones.

- Remote Position: Work remotely with occasional travel (0-10%).

Compensation
The annual salary for this position ranges from \(55,600 to \)79,400. Base pay may vary based on location, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
