What You’ll Do

Become a client champion: Assess diverse needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and supervise therapy implementation.
Empower your team: Provide ongoing support, training, and mentorship to BCaBAs and RBT candidates.
Make data-driven decisions: Track progress, analyze results, and adjust treatment plans to ensure success.
Collaborate effectively: Work closely with families and community providers to create a holistic support system.

Who You Are

A licensed BCBA with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
Passionate about working with children and helping them reach their full potential.
A strong communicator and team player.
Organized and detail-oriented.
Able to work independently and manage your own schedule.
