Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Lead multiple projects from inception to completion; facilitate project planning sessions with internal stakeholders to determine the scope and objectives of each project.
  • Performance Goals: Work with business stakeholders to establish project performance goals; design project plans, develop timelines, identify project milestones, and track performance against goals and timelines.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify, track, and work with others to resolve project issues.
  • Status Monitoring: Monitor and communicate project status to the project team.
  • Budget Management: Plan and monitor project budgets, conduct research and analysis; provide input into the design and development of project plans and timelines.
  • Risk Management: Manage project risk; use quality tools to identify areas of risk; work with others to identify alternatives or solutions.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Document and share team learnings with other teams; draw on other project team experiences to enhance project success.
  • Documentation: Maintain project notes, databases, and other records; monitor measures and communicate with Project Sponsor and other stakeholders on the status of specific projects and assignments.
  • Resource Management: Identify and assign appropriate resources to accomplish various project tasks; guide and coach team members through various stages of the project; provide developmental feedback to team members.
  • Capital Equipment Ordering: Manage the ordering of capital equipment.
  • Techno-Commercial Evaluation: Conduct techno-commercial comparisons and finalize decisions; manage PR/PO processes; oversee equipment DAP, machine pass-off, installation, and commissioning.
  • I4.0 Readiness: Order, integrate, and implement I4.0 applications (CMES, 3DX, E2E Traceability, RFID Planning, Ignition, Toolsnet, Q-DAS, Maximo, BMS, AI-Based Visual ML for EOL Inspection, Asset Digital Twins, etc.).
  • Cutting Tool and Fixture Management: Design and DAP for cutting tools and fixtures; manage ID14 drawing ballooning, tool crib setup, and tool procurement (tool holders, cabinets, consumables).
  • Process Documentation: Create PFDs, process sheets, PFMEA, control plans, MQV, and tools layouts.
  • Shop Material Handling: Design tackle systems, conveyor systems, TOD, turntables, and procurement.
  • Capex Monitoring and Forecasting: Monitor and forecast capital expenditures.

Responsibilities

Experience:

  • THOUGH THE ROLE CATEGORY IS REMOTE, THIS PARTICULAR ROLE IS ONSITE.
  • 5-8 years of industrial experience in project management, new line setup, manufacturing engineering, IIoT, and related fields.

Qualifications
