- Develop strong relationships with Financial Advisors and internal partners
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for case management and inquiries
- Independently analyze and decide on insurance applications
- Mentor peers while maintaining high underwriting standards
- Contribute to training curriculum development with Learning & Development teams
