The Opportunity

You will play a crucial role in managing and expanding our client relationships. This position offers excellent opportunities for professional growth and advancement within our dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Support and Relationship Management:
    • Lead client meetings, including on-site visits
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned book of business
    • Navigate challenging client communications with professionalism and expertise
  • Account Management:
    • Negotiate and sell insurance products to expand client accounts
    • Manage audit, review, and claims processes
    • Develop client service plans and stewardship reports
  • Insurance Expertise:
    • Cultivate strong relationships with insurance carrier personnel
    • Stay current on industry trends and evolving client needs
    • Review and communicate changes in carrier offerings and policies
  • Leadership and Mentorship:
    • Guide and support junior team members
    • Collaborate with account teams on renewal strategies
  • Client Strategy:
    • Conduct comprehensive insurance coverage reviews
    • Identify coverage gaps and propose solutions
    • Participate in carrier functions to enhance knowledge and skills

Qualifications
