Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the prompt and precise delivery of all contracted services.
  • Uphold the integrity of collected data and samples by adhering to rigorous guidelines.
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, cultivating strong relationships and addressing their concerns.
  • Anticipate challenges and implement solutions to keep projects on schedule.
  • Oversee planning efforts, proactively identifying potential issues to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill client obligations.
  • Coordinate the logistics of sample collection and transportation on a global scale.
  • Strive to meet operational targets while continuously seeking enhancements.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, providing regular updates and progress reports.
  • Monitor project performance, addressing any risks or delays in a timely manner.
  • Follow established protocols to guarantee quality outcomes.

Required Skills

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in service delivery, project management, account management, or a related domain.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly with intermediate Excel skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to influence and resolve problems effectively.
  • A resilient mindset capable of thriving under pressure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, as a strong team player.
  • Project management certifications are regarded as advantageous.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in service delivery, project management, or account management.
  • Background in account management, delivery management, project management, logistics, or data management is desirable.
