Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support our Founder and CEO in both personal and professional capacities. This remote role is ideal for individuals who have a passion for baking, possess exceptional organizational skills, and enjoy contributing to the success of a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee kitchen management to ensure a clean and well-stocked environment for recipe testing and production days.
  • Coordinate production schedules, communicate updates, and manage the digital content library.
  • Efficiently manage the primary email inbox, aiming for timely responses and resolution of inquiries.
  • Prepare weekly status reports, address operational bottlenecks, and maintain social media engagement.
  • Handle daily operational tasks including healthy lunch preparation, personnel scheduling, and logistics for package drop-offs.

Required Skills

  • Enthusiasm for baking, including grocery shopping and kitchen organization.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Exceptional communication abilities and a commitment to service.
  • Experience in hospitality or food service sectors, emphasizing customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and a general comfort with technology.

Compensation And Benefits

  • Competitive salary of $55,000 annually.
  • Full-time employment (40 hours per week).
  • Work schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Phoenix Standard Time, with occasional evening and weekend work (15% expected).
