Compensation Range: $30 - 41 per hour

Cella is looking for a skilled Production Coordinator to join our in-house studio/agency, partnering with a pharmaceutical client in New Jersey.

In this role, you'll manage and oversee all print production workflows, ensuring the accurate and timely completion of creative projects. You'll work closely with the design team, coordinate with printers and vendors (including translation companies), and ensure print materials are properly set up and executed. You’ll also handle small digital projects. Experience in post-production, HTML development, and email marketing is highly valued, along with familiarity in the pharmaceutical industry and medical legal processes. The Production Coordinator will report to the Creative Director.

This is a fully remote position, with occasional travel to the New Jersey headquarters. While remote, you must work EST hours. The contract runs through December 2025, offering 30-40 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of print production, working with designers to ensure files are correctly prepared and coordinating with printers to guarantee quality and accuracy.
  • Oversee the workflow of one designer, ensuring that all assets are delivered on time and to specification.
  • Work with external print and translation vendors to ensure proper execution of jobs, including negotiating timelines and ensuring adherence to brand standards.
  • Support the team in managing small digital production tasks.
  • Review creative files to ensure they meet design specifications and industry standards, paying close attention to detail.
  • Ensure all production work complies with pharmaceutical industry regulations when required.
  • Maintain schedules, track progress, and communicate updates to stakeholders, proactively managing any delays or issues across all production and Tier 3 jobs (pure production, repurposed material, edits, revisions, and templated work).


Qualifications:

  • Experience level: Experienced
  • Education: Bachelors
  • 3+ years of experience in print production or project coordination, ideally in a creative or pharmaceutical environment.
  • Experience working with printers and knowledge of print processes is required.
  • Experience working with translation vendors and all other vendors related to production and print processes.
  • Familiarity with HTML development and email production is a plus.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulations is a bonus.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Wrike or similar software.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Eye for design to ensure files are properly prepared.
    • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
    • Experience with digital projects, including managing HTML developers for email campaigns when needed.
    • Pharmaceutical industry experience.
