About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to support and execute our marketing initiatives. In this role, you will play a key part in creating and distributing marketing materials, managing digital content, and enhancing our online presence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of our brand, history, and capabilities, effectively communicating this information to both internal teams and external prospects.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of our company’s history, facilities, and capabilities.
  • Confidently communicate our story and offerings to internal teams and potential clients.
  • Design and distribute marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
  • Prepare customized presentations for new prospect meetings.
  • Write blog posts, case studies, and other relevant content for external marketing channels.
  • Manage website content, ensuring it remains updated and accurate, including pictures/videos and service listings.
  • Create and manage content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram) and ensure regular posting.
  • Use marketing tools to track content performance and activity.
  • Maintain and present marketing scorecard performance metrics in weekly meetings.
  • Act as the first email contact for incoming leads and assist the sales team by assessing prospect needs.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop campaign content for locations with available warehouse space.
  • Manage the customer and company database, creating targeted lists for various marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain Google location pages, ensuring all locations are verified and visible on maps.
  • Manage SEO and Google rankings weekly for key search terms.
  • Conduct regular website audits to identify and address issues affecting search engine rankings.
  • Assist in creating press releases for major company announcements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Good character and integrity.
  • Associate degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • Previous internship or 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role.
  • Willingness to be actively engaged in the sales process with a proactive approach.
  • Experience in creative content development, including graphic design.
  • Background in logistics and 3PL operations strongly preferred.
  • Expertise in content generation, producing high-quality materials.
  • Highly detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with advanced working knowledge.

This is a Full-Time, non-exempt position. The role is primarily office-based with some remote work flexibility. Occasional long hours may be required. Compensation is $26-28 per hour, based on experience.

Candidates must pass a drug screen and background check.
