How will you make an impact?

The Global Service & Support segment of Thermo Fisher Scientific’s Life Sciences Group has an opportunity to expand the reach of our service contract offerings and help drive revenue growth within our division.

As an Inside Sales Representative you will meet or exceed a defined sales plan of service contracts and support plans and you will proactively uncover new opportunities within assigned accounts to generate meaningful revenue growth.

What will you do?

  • Make daily outbound telephone calls, visit customers and communicate via email to all levels and functional areas in accounts where purchasing decisions are made
  • Lead sales territory activities and communicate efforts clearly within other levels of the organization
  • Drive your funnel for contract renewals and explore areas of New Business
  • facilitate an outstanding customer experience

How will you get here?

Experience

  • >2 years of sales experience
  • You life and breath the value of service and support
  • You enjoy multi-layer selling and environments
  • Experience in telephone sales as well as experience with working from home-office
  • You enjoy working in a team and management of projects as part of a team

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Strong sales, communication and relationship building skills
  • Proficient in English language is mandatory.
  • Fluency in one of the following languages required: Swedish, Norwegian or Danish
  • Excellent administration skills, interpersonal proficiency and you are able to plan and time handle various tasks
  • Proficient in 'Microsoft Office' – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Knowledge in SAP, E1 and Power BI
