Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Competitive Intelligence Analyst to join our growing Market Intelligence team. The right candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping Khoros' strategic positioning by providing insights into the competitive landscape. This role will focus on analyzing industry trends, monitoring key competitors, and producing actionable insights for cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, and Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of the competitive landscape in the Customer Engagement industry, with a specific focus on direct competitors.
  • Monitor competitor activity across various channels, including product launches, pricing strategies, and market messaging.
  • Develop comprehensive reports on competitive positioning and emerging market trends.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Management, Marketing, and Sales to align competitive intelligence efforts with business needs.
  • Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership to inform product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies.
  • Build and maintain a knowledge base of competitor profiles, including strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT).
  • Use data from market research, analyst reports, and internal stakeholders to drive proactive competitive strategy.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in competitive intelligence, market research, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of the SaaS landscape.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment with a focus on delivering impactful insights.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in the Customer Engagement industry.
  • Experience using competitive intelligence tools and methodologies.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with various departments.
  • Ability to synthesize large amounts of data and present insights in a clear and actionable format.
