  • Document all customer interactions clearly in the company’s CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Norwegian, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is required.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools.
