Responsibilities

  • Document all customer interactions and feedback in the company's CRM system.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to enhance customer experience and service efficiency.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to develop skills and product knowledge.
  • Contribute suggestions for process improvements and service betterment.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Spanish, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is required.
