  • Address inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of company products and services to offer accurate information to clients.
  • Document all customer interactions clearly in the company’s CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop best practices for service delivery.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development activities to hone your skills.
  • Share feedback and suggestions for process improvements to further enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Dutch, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is a must.
  • Exceptional communication skills combined with a strong dedication to customer service.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer inquiries.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and customer support technology.
