Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer support to Icelandic-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries efficiently, ensuring a satisfactory resolution.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to assist customers accurately.
Document all customer interactions thoroughly in the company’s CRM system.
Collaborate with team members to devise strategies for improving overall customer satisfaction.
Participate actively in training sessions and team meetings to enhance service delivery.
Contribute ideas to improve customer processes and service efficiency.

Requirements

Fluent in Icelandic, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer satisfaction.
Ability to multitask and perform well in a dynamic work environment.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
Familiarity with CRM systems and customer interaction tools.
