About Rental Guardian 

RentalGuardian, the leading InsureTech Partner for the Vacation Rental Industry, is looking for a Client Service Specialist to assist our customers and their travelers while providing world-class customer service. Our ideal match will possess a positive attitude, outgoing by nature, energetic, efficient, innovative mindset, and willingness to rise to new challenges.

What You’ll Do (Functions & Responsibilities)

  • Delivers quotes to new clients
  • Engages with new clients by phone and email
  • Grows company by closing new leads that come in each month
  • Re-engages older clients that may no longer work with RentalGuardian.com
  • Engages with software provider account managers so they continue to send us new leads
  • Performs online demos for new potential clients
  • Marketing skills via new mediums like LinkedIN, Facebook or Instagram
  • Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors
  • Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Logs and tracks all activity on CRM software
Qualifications
