Qualifications You'll Bring

  • A Bachelor's or advanced degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience in business, information-technology, engineering, or a related study
  • The availability to work virtual, with occasional travel to our main offices as needed
  • 5 years proven experience with Business Architecture tools and processes
  • Understanding of healthcare payer business processes and strategic planning
  • Excellent communication and leadership kills
  • Ability to develop and present project proposals and design concepts

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the development of business architecture deliverables, views, and viewpoints - including direct responsibility for the strategic themes and value streams that they are assigned to
  • Work with MVP leadership and stakeholders to craft the recommendations that guarantee the achievement of targeted business outcomes and capitalize on relevant business disruptions
  • Synthesize and synergize work across assigned strategic themes and value streams including strategy development, business analysis, process management, and systems analysis
  • Working in concert with their respective business and technology partners, ensures design integrity and alignment with both client expectations and regulatory standards
  • Guide teams through the design process, from initial sketches to final construction documents
  • Foster collaboration among stakeholders, including engineers, designers, and clients, to achieve cohesive project outcomes
  • Contribute to our humble pursuit of excellence by performing various responsibilities that may arise, reflecting our collective goal of enhancing healthcare delivery and being the difference for the customer.

Where You'll Be

Virtual- preferably within NY or VT, or with the ability to come to our Schenectady office, as needed.
