Nature and Scope of Job
USDM is seeking an Architecture Director, Information Systems to join our team.
Primary Responsibilities
- Design and develop technical/functional specifications with Kinaxis RapidResponse and SAP Planning applications – working on different modules including Supply Planning / MRP, Forecasting and Demand Planning, ATP, Aggregate Supply Planning, Capacity Planning, Attribute Based Planning, Sales & Operations Planning.
- Support the realization of supply chain planning functionalities within Kinaxis Rapid Response.
- Requirement gathering for end-to-end Supply Chain Planning including planning business processes, identifying potential areas of improvement and new development, automation of processes, reduction of cycle times and productivity improvement.
- Lead and develop solutions in supply chain planning by focusing on identified gaps in meeting business requirements.
- Attend and conduct customer workshops to understand end to end business process requirements.
- Configure the supply chain planning systems to support business requirements and design different seeded resources including worksheets/workbooks, alerts, metrics, scorecards, dashboards, application of different control sets.
- Support data integration / data skills with multiple sources and target systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders including IT, business leaders, external IT partners, business partners, end users and team members to come out with business problem statements, initiate leading the solution development as required by adhering to the organizational guidelines and processes.
- Represent end client and work with implementation partner to make sure solutions are built correctly.

Qualifications
- Strong functional and Rapid Response analytics knowledge in Demand Planning, Supply & Production Planning, Inventory Optimization, Constrained Planning, Sales, and Operations Planning (S&OP).
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain module implementation using Kinaxis RapidResponse.
- Strong hands-on experience designing and implementing solutions in Kinaxis RapidResponse.
- Implemented 3+ supply chain planning projects end-to-end.
- Possess good understanding of Kinaxis Rapid Response data management, data modeling, key control settings and analytics, with the exposure to integrating legacy data, or spreadsheets and data management in Kinaxis Rapid Response.
- Hands-on experience maintaining Kinaxis Solutions & Environments and configuring Workbooks, Worksheets, Reports, Forms and Scripts in Rapid Response based on the solution design requirements.
- Understanding of Supply Chain Planning Master Data Maintenance (Material Master, BOM, Work center, Routings, Vendor Master, Customer Master, Info records, Source list, Schedule agreements, Contracts.)
- Deep knowledge in Kinaxis RR integration with SAP exceptions.
- Life Science or BioPharma industry experience preferred.
Education & Certifications
- Doctorate degree and 2 years of experience OR Master degree and 6 years of experience OR Bachelor degree and 8 years of experience OR Associate degree and 10 years of experience OR High school diploma / GED and 12 years of experience.

Compensation
W2 candidates only.
Salary/Hourly Rate Range (W2): USD 115.00 – 125.00
The base salary/hourly rate range represents the anticipated low and high end of the USDM’s compensation range for this position. Actual salaries/hourly rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. The compensation described above is subject to change and could be higher or lower than the range described based on market survey data or budget.
Full-time employees are eligible for health, vision, and dental insurance, life insurance, short and long-term disability, hospital indemnity, accident, and critical care coverage.
Both full and part-time employees, who are at least 21 years of age, are eligible to participate in USDM's 401k plan. Full and part-time employees may be eligible for paid time off.
