JOB DESCRIPTION 

WordPress Full Stack Web Developer and AI Tools Specialist 

As a WordPress Full Stack Web Developer and AI Tools Specialist at Measure Marketing, you will play a crucial role in creating cutting-edge WordPress websites and harnessing the power of artificial intelligence to enhance our client’s online presence. Your expertise in WordPress theme and plugin development, bit, customization, and solid proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, jQuery, XML, HTML, CSS, AJAX, and JSON will be instrumental in crafting exceptional websites. Your AI skills will allow us to explore new possibilities and create intelligent tools to elevate our clients' digital marketing strategies. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Collaborate with our highly motivated and creative team to develop visually appealing, user-friendly WordPress websites for our clients. 

• Led the creative vision and logical database design for web development projects. 

• Utilize your programming capabilities to implement enhancements, fix bugs, and provide technical support for existing websites. 

• Ensure all websites are responsive, cross-browser compatible, secure and optimized for performance. 

• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver solutions that align with their business goals. 

• Stay current with AI trends and technologies, identifying opportunities to leverage AI for web development and digital marketing. 

• Develop AI tools and integrations for WordPress websites, enabling enhanced user experiences and personalized content delivery. 

• Apply AI-driven analytics and insights to optimize website performance and user engagement. 

• Prepare clear and engaging written business correspondence to effectively communicate project updates and ideas. 

• Demonstrate exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written. 

• Develop the web projects using core PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Ajax. 

• Work individually as a full stack developer. Create websites using core PHP, custom CMS,WordPress and Shopify 

• SEO based changes on various websites. Fix the bugs on websites such as core PHP, various PHP based CMS, .Net, etc. to improve SEO results 

• Implemented the SEO team’s suggestions on the websites. 

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / KNOWLEDGE 

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: 

• Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in WordPress website development. 

• Proficiency in programming languages and technologies, including PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and JSON. 

• Solid understanding of customer journey and conversion funnel for e-commerce websites. 

• Experience in building secure, responsive websites and conducting cross-browser testing. 

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. 

• A degree in B.Tech, M.Tech, BCA, or MCA from a recognized University is preferred. 

ADDITIONAL SKILLS (desired) 

• Proven experience in developing AI-powered tools and applications. 

• Familiarity with mobile/tablet web app development (Android/iOS) and AI integrations for mobile platforms. 

• Previous exposure to other e-commerce platforms such as Joomla, Drupal, or Magento. 

• Effective project coordination and task management abilities. 

• Knowledge of payment gateway integration, including PayPal and other popular gateways. 

• Experience with hosting, email environments, and IT support.
