Your role and responsibilities
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will represent our brand and products to potential and existing customers in different regions. You will also research and identify current sales opportunities, create, and deliver presentations, and ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Become a part of our multinational team with around 300 employees from more than 33 different nationalities in Europe. Diversity is our strength! We are looking forward to welcome highly motivated new members in our team of currently more than 18 people, who work together all over Europe in our sales department.â¯â¯Â

- You build a close working relationship with your customers by supporting them with MISUMI-specific solutions for their business requirements. You advise your customers on the MISUMI concept and special service options.â¯â¯Â
- You generate qualified sales opportunities by analyzing the customerâs business environment and reacting to market changes.â¯Â
- You ensure customer satisfaction by identifying and solving customer concerns and problems. You are responsible for following up on customer information, upcoming projects, forecasts, and reports.â¯Â
- You identify promising customer calls based on reactive activities (incoming calls or emails) and maintain the list of potential customers for sales leads in the CRM system.â¯Â
- You are in close contact with our international sales team as well as other departments of the European headquarters. You support our e-commerce strategy EDI/OCI and the use of Misumi online tools.â¯
