As we continue to scale, we are seeking a Finance Director FP&A to join our finance team, reporting to the CFO. This is a high-impact role that will partner closely with C-level executives, driving financial insights and strategic decision-making across the organization.


As the Finance Director FP&A reporting to the CFO, you will be a critical business partner to our executive leadership team. You will lead the financial forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning processes, and deliver actionable insights to drive business performance. This role requires a combination of strong business acumen, advanced financial modeling skills, and the ability to collaborate across functions in a fast-paced, global environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Partnering: Collaborate with C-level executives, acting as a trusted advisor to support strategic decision-making, including revenue growth, cost management, and long-term planning.
  • Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain detailed financial models for revenue, headcount, and non-personnel costs, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
  • Forecasting & Budgeting: Lead the end-to-end planning processes, including annual budgeting, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial planning. Conduct scenario analysis and stress tests to guide business strategy.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering and HR teams to provide financial insights and ensure alignment on key initiatives.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track financial performance against key metrics (e.g., ARR, CAC, LTV) and prepare insightful analyses to support operational and strategic goals.
  • Process Improvement & Automation: Drive continuous improvements in financial planning processes, leveraging technology and automation (e.g., Anaplan, Drivetrain, PBI, BI tools) to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
  • Leadership & Mentoring: Lead and develop a fostering collaboration and mentorship to drive excellence across the finance organization.
  • Global Financial Management: Manage financial planning in a multinational environment, ensuring compliance with international regulations (e.g., IFRS), multi-currency operations, and localized financial strategies.
