Your missions

Your mission
Join us in revolutionising the future of workplace! Our team of creative and passionate designers is looking for a talented Senior Product Designer to help us shape the development of a new product from 0 to 1. If you're driven by building user-friendly solutions for complex challenges and want your designs to impact the global workforce, then you've found your new home!
In this role you will
  • Join forces with a dynamic team of 5 designers, product managers, and developers to create cutting-edge solutions for hybrid work.
  • Design a brand new product from scratch, which will be used on mobile or responsive web environments.
  • Develop end-to-end features by conducting user research (qualitative and quantitative), prototyping, handling information architecture, facilitating workshops, collaborating with developers, and ensuring great design quality.
  • Work in a fast-paced and highly collaborative remote environment.
What you need to be successful
  • At least 3-4 years of experience designing products for iOS, Android, and responsive web applications.
  • Proficiency in autonomously designing features end-to-end while effectively managing multiple concurrent projects.
  • A user-focused design approach: Your designs are guided by user insights, and you excel at determining the necessary research depth, including user interviews and data analysis, to inform your design decisions.
  • Experience with building user journey maps / JTBD methodology, as you will be building a new product from scratch.
  • The ability to create visually captivating, engaging, and consistent designs and user interface elements with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Figma and a track record of working with design systems. Experience with MixPanel or other analytical platforms is highly desirable.
  • The ability to balance usability and feasibility, and deliver a delightful user experience. Close collaboration with developers and deep understanding of technical challenges is a big plus.
  • A thorough understanding of the design process. You adeptly choose the right activities, such as research and prototyping, to achieve your goals while adapting to tight timelines.
  • Strong communication skills, with fluency in English. German is a big plus (many of our clients are German-speaking).
