This is a remote position.


Job Highlights:

• Part-time
• Permanent work from home
• Fixed Schedule: Mondays to Fridays,  5pm-9pm Virginia Time  with 30 mins paid break




Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the customer/student support team.
  • Assist the director with administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.
  • Follow up on student and customer inquiries to ensure timely and effective communication.
  • Offer platform technical support to students and team members as needed.
  • Perform general office tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and document management.



Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a national organization in the U.S.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new platforms and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Proficiency in common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
  • Experience in providing technical support is a plus.
