BIM Senior Team Leader (Revit Specialist)

We are seeking an experienced and motivated BIM Senior Team Leader with hands-on expertise in Revit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing BIM projects, particularly in the hotel and high-rise residential projects. This role requires a proactive leader who can drive project success and mentor a team of BIM specialists.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the BIM team to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
• Oversee the development and implementation of BIM models using Revit.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate BIM processes.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
• Conduct regular project reviews and quality checks.
• Facilitate training and development programs for the BIM team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in BIM management, with a focus on hotel and high-rise residential projects.
• Proficiency in Revit and other BIM software.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
