Job Title: Design Project Manager

Location: Indonesia (100% remote)

Salary Range: IDR 10M - IDR 16M per month

About the Role: The Design Project Manager is a hybrid role that manages and oversees a team of 20+ designers and a portfolio of 100+ clients. This role is highly diversified and constantly evolves as the company grows. You will handle daily workload management, quality control, creative talent management, performance reviews, training and onboarding, and external communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Workload Management:
• Match design projects to the right designers
• Ensure all requests are being worked on
• Balance designer workloads to avoid over or under-working
• Quality Control:
• Perform thorough quality checks on all projects
• Review final delivery files before sending to clients
• Ensure all design elements are properly set and accessible
• Creative Talent Management:
• Lead your team and their projects
• Manage designer availability
• Ensure designers maintain a good reputation on the platform
• Performance Review and Training:
• Conduct trimonthly performance reviews for all team members
• Conduct online one-on-one and group training with designers
  

Requirements

• Strong experience in graphic design and operations management
• Experience leading and managing a team of designers
• Strong understanding of design principles and trends, especially in the startup industry
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Strong project management skills
• Experience using design software (Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello)
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or related field (preferred)
• Available to work from 9 AM - 6 PM Eastern Standard Time
• Access to a computer, reliable internet connection, and design software
