About the Role:

We are seeking fresh graduates who are eager to learn and grow in the field of remote global marketing recruitment. In this role, you will be responsible for screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent to meet clients' needs. You will handle candidate communication through ATS and various marketing functions. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. 

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct virtual interviews and assess candidate qualifications. Note that being comfortable on camera for recruitment processes and interviews is mandatory.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and gather feedback.
  • Manage the offer process, including negotiating salary and benefits packages.
  • Maintained candidate databases and tracked recruitment metrics.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Who Are We Looking For?

  • Fresh graduates who are comfortable working from 1 pm to 10 pm PKT.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of recruiting techniques and best practices.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.

Position: Jr. Talent Acquisition Specialist

Salary: PKR 35,000 - PKR 50,000 + Incentive bonus
