As Sales Operations Analyst I, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing sales performance and operations at ZoomInfo. This position demands a keen analytical mind and meticulous attention to detail, with a primary focus on leveraging data to drive informed decision-making and process enhancement within the sales organization.

Work timing: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Work location: Chennai or Bangalore (Hybrid model: 3 days work from office)

What You Will Do:

Data Analysis and Visualization:

Dive into sales performance data, identifying trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
Clean and manipulate raw data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Develop comprehensive data visualizations and dashboards to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.

Sales Operations Support:

Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including Compensation, Finance, Operations, and Sales to execute strategic initiatives.
Assist in quota-setting, incentive structuring, and team hierarchy management to drive optimal sales performance.
Contribute to the creation of special incentives and opportunity alignment strategies.

Insight Generation and Process Enhancement:

Uncover actionable insights from sales data analysis, presenting findings to senior leadership.
Drive process improvement initiatives to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.

What You Bring:

1-2 years of experience in an analytical role or recent degree in an analytical field (e.g., business, economics, engineering, computer science, math).
Proficiency in data analysis and manipulation, with strong skills in Microsoft Excel.
Familiarity with sales compensation software such as Xactly is advantageous.
A passion for driving meaningful outcomes and a willingness to take initiative and see projects through to completion.
