<title>About the role</title>

As a People Operations Specialist on the People Operations team, you’ll use your eye for detail, analytical thinking and great communication skills to provide our growing international teams with first class HR support and guidance from hire to retire. You will also manage employee data change transactions in our HR systems (Workday, Box and Smartsheets) and have local employment legislation knowledge to support employees across the business.

<title>Main tasks and responsibilities: </title>

  • <point>Support employee lifecycle management processes such as joiners, leavers, absences, personal data changes, job changes. Taking full ownership of end-to-end transactions. Key changes in Workday and other systems, create and distribute paperwork and liaise with multiple stakeholders.</point>
  • <point> Maintaining employee data and carrying out transactions in Workday, Box and Smartsheets. Driving data accuracy, quality, report errors and suggest solutions.</point>
  • <point>Accountability on employee record files, collect, complete, audit versions and documents from the cases you manage.</point>
  • <point>Helping Bolt meet legislative requirements in the countries we support.</point>
  • <point>Contribute to People Operations projects and initiatives. You will be encouraged to get involved with projects by driving process improvement initiatives.</point>
  • <point>Assisting stakeholders across the organization with their requests, diligently teaching them and pushing for self-service.</point>

<title>About you:</title>

  • <point>You have 1-2 years of experience with HR operations or related, preferably from an international environment.</point>
  • <point>You have a general understanding of employment legislation in multiple countries across Europe and/or using HR technology like Workday, Smartsheets, Box, Hellosign, which gives you an advantage.</point>
  • <point>You have a degree (or equivalent experience, don’t let this put you off!) in a related discipline: e.g. Human Resources, Business Administration, Law or Psychology.</point>
  • <point>You are able to thrive in a rapidly-growing environment while maintaining integrity, confidentiality, and composure.</point>
  • <point>You have confident, clear, and professional communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Knowledge of Estonian is a strong plus.</point>
  • <point>You are self-disciplined, self-motivated, and organized with an ability to manage competing priorities and multiple stakeholders and deliver high-quality output.</point>
