Our Fortune 500 Pharmaceutical Client is looking for driven, friendly, and experienced Medical Call Center Agent to accompany their remote team!

  • MUST BE ABLE TO PICK UP IN IRVING, TX***

Position: Remote Medical Call Center Agent

Pay: $17/hr. Weekly Pay plus Benefits

Schedule: 8am-8pm CST. M-Fri (8hr Shift between these hours)

Equipment Provided

Start Date: November 2024

Job Details

  • Perform outbound calls to carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patient.
  • Using computer skills for data entry.
  • Gathering and reviewing patient billing and medical information.
  • Operating according to the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program.

Job Requirements: Must have at least 1 year of previous Call Center Experience (NO EXCEPTIONS)

  • ***MUST BE ABLE TO PICK UP IN IRVING, TX***
  • Medical call center experience is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors.
  • Great work attitude and willingness to help others.
  • HS Diploma/Equivalent.
