We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and lead the way we attract, assess and identify the best talent in the US. The Specialist will help create diverse sourcing strategies, support and guide hiring managers through an inclusive hiring process, and ensure a top-tier candidate experience throughout the full life cycle of the recruitment process.


Key Responsibilities include:

  • Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to assess their talent requirements
  • Coach and train hiring managers on interviewing methods and techniques
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes with a focus on attracting a diverse pool of candidates and identifying the best talent
  • Use a variety of techniques to identify and attract the best passive talent
  • Continually building upon talent pipelines to tackle current business requirements and prepare for future needs
  • Conduct thorough interviews and phone screens to assess both technical baseline, as well as, skills needed to be successful at Minute Media
  • Provide an excellent candidate experience
  • Leverage recruitment data to assess and continually improve the way we attract and recruit the best talent


The expected salary range for this position is between $65,000 and $80,000. Actual pay will be determined based on skills, experience, and location. The benefits available for this position include flexible vacation policy, 15 paid holidays, paid parental leave, health insurance, 401(k) retirement plan.


Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience in full-cycle recruitment
  • Strong ability in direct sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, networking, cold calling, etc.,) to attract passive talent and establish robust candidate networks in key business areas and geographies
  • Proven relationship management experience with hiring teams and business partners, helping them navigate the sources of talent and assisting them with assessment
  • The ability to be tactful and flexible while working with a diverse group of people and personalities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience recruiting in sports, media, or content is a plus but not a requirement
  • BS/BA or equivalent in human resource management or related field is preferred
