CPT-7283 Amazon eCommerce Specialist VA

REQUIRED SERVICE: eCommerce VA
REQUESTED EXPERIENCE TIER LEVEL: Entry to Advanced Level
MIN. HOURS/WEEK: 40 hours/week
SHIFT TIME ZONE: PST
SHIFT HOURS: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
SHIFT DAYS: Monday to Friday usually, but may need to report during weekends in exchange for a weekday off

Responsibilities
  • Listing Management:
    • Create, optimize, and maintain Amazon product listings
    • Manage inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment
    • Optimize product images, descriptions, and titles for maximum visibility
    • Monitor and address suppressed listings promptly
  • PPC Campaigns:
    • Create, manage, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns
    • Analyze campaign performance data to identify areas for improvement
    • Implement effective keyword strategies and bidding tactics
  • Customer Service:
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
    • Handle negative reviews and work to improve customer satisfaction
    • Manage customer returns and refunds
  • Data Analysis:
    • Pull and analyze Amazon reporting data to identify trends and opportunities
    • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success
  • Brand Management:
    • Develop and implement brand strategies on Amazon
    • Create and manage brand stories and A+ content
    • Conduct competitor research to stay ahead of the competition
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience selling on Amazon Seller Central
  • Strong understanding of Amazon listing optimization and PPC advertising
  • Proficiency in using Amazon seller tools such as Helium10 and JungleScout
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience working for a US-based e-commerce business.
  • Experience working on Amazon Seller Central Account
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools like Photoshop and Canva
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
Software & Tools
  • Proficiency in using Helium 10 for competitor research, keyword research and other available features.
  • Proficient in JungleScout or similar Amazon software tools.
  • Experience with Photoshop and Canva.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Asana or Trello.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Microsoft Suite and Outlook
