As part of eHealth’s transformation, we are seeking an Affiliate Campaign Manager for Emerging Audiences. Reporting to the Director of Affiliate Marketing, this person will be responsible for the planning, development and deployment of the Affiliate marketing strategy and tactics for the growing businesses of Medicare Supplemental, Individual, Family & Small Business and Multicultural audiences. With a focus on driving profitable business growth, increasing customer acquisition and engagement, while driving down customer acquisition cost (CAC), the Affiliate Marketing Manager identifies, vets and works with eHealth Affiliate Partners managing the relationship, communications and optimizations.

Managing a range of partners, the Affiliate Marketing Manager will ensure successful onboarding, program implementation across all products and high-quality program delivery. In addition, this person should bring an analytical skill set with a focus on maximizing ROI, intellectual curiosity to challenge status quo with creative new ideas, a track record of delivering superior results, and a passion for contributing to an exceptional team culture.

The Affiliate Marketing Manager can be based anywhere in the US.

What you will do:

  • Help forecast and deliver forecasted revenue and contribution margin through partner programs delivering inbound calls, outbound calls, data leads, online visits/quotes, and the sale of overflow calls.
  • Devise engagement plans that consider partnership business goals, internal organization structures, and map products and services to achieve these goals.
  • Deliver programs with the highest quality meeting our KPIs and objectives, with continuous monitoring and reporting on performance metrics.     
  • Balance quantity & quality at scale within our Affiliate Partner Programs.
  • Identify new partners to increase program scale through outreach, recruitment, negotiation of the financial structure of contracts and onboarding.
  • Facilitate successful on-boarding of new partners and establish key metrics for success.
  • Drive escalation of client issues, coordinate key internal and external resources in the escalation process, and assist with client issue resolution.
  • Create affiliate marketing testing roadmap, inclusive of creative, offers, commission tiers, and messaging.
  • Schedule and facilitate bi-weekly and program calls, managing agenda items and timelines.
  • Serve as the primary contact for your partners and represent partners internally at eHealth.
  • Proactively gather product feedback and convey information to internal teams.
  • Identify incremental revenue opportunities that deliver on company needs and objectives.
  • Coach partners on best practices that drive results and optimal consumer experiences for the end users.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with in-depth analysis to develop optimization opportunities and succinctly communicate results and insights to external and internal stakeholders.
  • Utilize multiple systems to monitor programs, leading performance reporting and issue escalations.
  • Develop ad hoc reporting or presentation slides as needed.
  • Partner with call center and other internal departments on process optimizations.
  • Partner with Legal and Compliance Departments on partner contracting, project scope, implementation review and necessary filings.
  • Present KPI’s, trend and strategy to senior leadership
  • Must have a strong POV and bring ideas to the table on how to improve efficiency on campaigns
  • Proactively communicate campaign performance, trend and strategy to internal teams and leadership

Who you are:

  • You possess a minimum of an undergraduate degree in a quantitative field or relevant experience
  • You have at least 5 years of experience working in an account management, partner success, customer success, and/or client services capacity with a demonstrable track record of success.
  • You have experience developing highly productive relationships across marketing to drive online and offline conversions.
  • You are comfortable working in a process driven environment.
  • You have experience developing partner success strategies and tools across small and large enterprise accounts.  
  • You have strong analytical acumen with results-oriented mindset.
  • You have a proven track record of strong verbal and written communication.
  • Your have experience building successful, productive cross-functional relationships and Sales, Partner Integration, Finance, Compliance, Call Centers, and Marketing Teams.         
  • You have exceptional time management, prioritization and communication skills.
  • You have experience using Salesforce and Adobe Analytics is helpful.
  • You have an ability to independently project manage and juggle various priorities.
  • You have a proven track record and accountability for achieving quarterly results.
  • You are comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment, operating at a fast pace and fluid nature to adapt the changing needs of the consumer, the regulatory environment, and the business.
  • Ideally prior experience in the Healthcare industry, Health Care Reform and Medicare knowledge helpful.

The base pay range reflects the anticipated pay range for this position. The actual base pay offered will depend on various factors including individual skills, experience, performance, qualifications, the department budget, and the location where work is performed.
