Job Description
We need a talented Program Manager for the AI 2 Strategy and Programs organization to help lead the most critical GPU availability improvement programs of our AI business. This person will be part of a team focused on performance and operations for AI customers that starts with stable environment, critical for our AI customer’s workloads.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities include
- Driving a feature area or process within a team, including Facilitating design, planning and execution of the team's duties.
- Setting milestones and goals Ensuring the team hits milestones and goals
- Owns the communications within the team autonomously and drives the communications across partner teams with coaching and support.
- Drives clearly defined intrateam issues to resolution with support.
- Represents the team up to the Director level independently and at a higher level with appropriate coaching. Learns actively and quickly
- Tracking/validation of all new capacity, ensuring all required monitoring and alerting is in place
- Coordination of layer 1 fabric repairs across GEOs
- Tracking availability and health of deployed fabrics
- Tracking action items from incidents/NOC events
This high-visibility and high-impact role will help shape our future AI infrastructure business and enable growth. The role comes with a high degree of personal accountability and autonomy and will require effective cross-organizational engagement to deliver results.
You should have a multidisciplinary operations, technology, and business background. You should also have a track record of influencing and presenting to business and technology leaders and driving critical delivery initiatives. Strong communications, customer engagement, and business analytics skills are essential.
Qualifications:
- Min 2 years of experience in program or project management, preferably in cloud
- Direct experience working with cross-organizational teams
- A high degree of organization and ability to manage multiple competing priorities
- Ability to work independently and propose solutions

US: Hiring Range: from $56,500 - $141,300 per year. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
