We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Senior Product Manager (IC5) to lead the successful implementation and continuous enhancement of Oracle Supply Chain Planning (SCP) Cloud. The ideal candidate will not only engage with customers and system integrators to ensure smooth implementations but also drive strategic improvements in product functionality, influence senior stakeholders, and lead cross-functional efforts that directly impact the scalability and success of the SCP Cloud platform.

The IC5 Senior Product Manager will have a pivotal role in shaping the product's strategic direction, ensuring customer success, and elevating the overall experience for enterprise-class customers. This position requires significant leadership in managing complex customer implementations, resolving critical issues, and proactively driving innovation within the SCP Cloud ecosystem.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Oversight: Lead and influence key customer engagements, providing not just oversight but also strategic guidance throughout Oracle SCP Cloud implementations. Shape customer success by ensuring adherence to best practices and aligning implementation strategies with product roadmaps.
  • Proactive Stakeholder Management: Engage regularly with senior executives from both customer and Oracle teams, including C-level stakeholders, to anticipate business challenges, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with long-term customer goals.
  • Drive Product Innovation: Identify gaps, spearhead initiatives to improve existing functionalities, and influence Oracle Product Development by advocating for enhancements and new features that align with customer needs and industry trends.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with internal teams (development, support, product marketing, customer success) and external partners to ensure implementation success. Act as a key liaison in escalations, driving resolution of high-stakes, complex issues.
  • Risk Mitigation & Issue Resolution: Own the resolution of mission-critical challenges that could jeopardize go-live dates or operational efficiency. This includes coordinating efforts between customers, integration partners, and internal Oracle teams to provide decisive leadership in times of crisis.
  • Executive-Level Reporting: Provide detailed, executive-level reporting on the progress of customer implementations, focusing on actionable insights, risks, and opportunities for enhancing product and process performance.
  • Thought Leadership: Act as a thought leader, providing insights into market trends, competitive landscapes, and strategic opportunities for Oracle SCP Cloud.


Experience and Skills:

  • Extensive Implementation Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale Oracle Supply Chain Planning Cloud implementations for enterprise customers. A deep understanding of how business processes are supported across all SCP Cloud modules, with an emphasis on integration and scalability.
  • Advanced Technical & Strategic Expertise: Proven expertise in solving complex challenges through advanced technical and functional knowledge, combined with a strategic mindset that drives both immediate solutions and long-term improvements.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or other advanced degree highly desirable.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Significant experience leading cross-functional teams and managing relationships with diverse stakeholders, from developers to senior executives.
  • Analytics and Innovation: Expertise in analytics tools and methods to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Demonstrated ability to leverage data to drive innovation in product development.
  • Executive Influence: Demonstrated success in building relationships with and influencing senior leadership within enterprise organizations.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

Canada: Hiring Range from $88,100 - $192,000 CAD per year

US: Hiring Range: from $114,500 - $251,600 per year. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
