THE TEAM

The Eventbrite Marketing team is a centralized, multi-disciplinary group, focused building a world-class brand that resonates with both event creators and event goers, driving acquisition and retention of customers on both sides of our marketplace. We are data driven and biased towards action, and put the customer at the center of everything we do. 

THE ROLE

As the Brand Marketing Manager you will be responsible for both bringing the brand to life and driving business impact through the development and execution of campaigns. Representing our target audience through insights and data, authoring strategic and creative briefs to ensure best in class executions that have impact. 

You will partner closely with internal teams including Product, Design, Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Design, and PR as well as with external agencies to produce work at the highest level. Reporting to the Director of Brand Marketing, this full-time role is remote.

YOU WILL 
  • Drive the strategic development and production of marketing campaigns ensuring that the concepts align with Evenbrite’s identity, values and objectives.
  • Continuously work to identify emerging opportunities, market trends, consumer insights, and understand the competitive landscape to inform campaign strategies and tactics.
  • Be a close and collaborative partner to PMM, PR, social, editorial, and growth teams, ensuring these channels work together toward overall consumer/creator strategy.
  • Be responsible for creative consistency (visual and copy) and ensuring brand standards are met across all activations.
  • Leverage consumer and brand tracking research to have the pulse on our audience, set overall brand measurement goals, and develop results-informed analysis and bring it to life for your teammates.
