Building off our Cloud momentum, Oracle has formed a new organization - Oracle Health Applications & Infrastructure. This team focuses on product development and product strategy for Oracle Health, while building out a complete platform supporting modernized, automated healthcare. This is a net new line of business, constructed with an entrepreneurial spirit that promotes an energetic and creative environment. We are looking for a senior director to run the i.s.h.med product portfolio. i.s.h.med is and Electronic Health Record that is based on SAP technology, fully integrated to the Orace Health portfolio. The focus is the continuous maintenance and operation of the existing i.s.h.med portfolio and the adoption of new Oracle Health applications that will connect to i.s.h.med to bring all the value of modern Oracle Health applications to i.s.h.med customers.
This executive role provides a unique opportunity to apply your broad business and healthcare acumen to define product strategy for i.s.h.med customers whilst managing the current portfolio supporting this platform.
A successful candidate will be able to demonstrate expertise and passion in solving difficult problems in all areas of software engineering: distributed systems, identity, security, observability, and user experience.

Responsibilities
As the responsible executive you will own the i.s.h.med portfolio and lead product strategy, providing requirements (from business, clients and regulatory), creating development roadmaps and go to market strategy. You will work closely with sales and market teams, prospective clients, and product management and engineering teams; engaging leaders across organizations to achieve our business objectives. A strong sense for relationship development and focus on operational efficacy will be key.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare, Technology or related field or equivalent relevant work experience
- At least 10 years of health care information technology work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with i.s.h.med and SAP technology
- Experience in software development and design
- Exposure to multiple Global healthcare systems
Expectations:
- Willing to travel up to 60% as needed
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned
- Willing to work overtime or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
The minimum collective salary is 47.040 gross p.a. However, we do offer an attractive, competitive compensation and benefits package.
