TECHNICAL SALES ENGINEER

Arrow Global Components is looking for a Technical Sales Engineer. The position is based in the South West of the UK and can be a fully remote job.

The role is sales and engineering focused and target driven. You will be responsible for large, high value and complex customers in a fast paced and customer centric environment.  The individual will be required to plan strategies and develop all key relationships to ensure a strong foundation for solution selling. Maintaining and promoting relationships with customer contacts who will be determining design opportunities and dealing with existing business challenges.

What will you be doing at Arrow GC? 

  • You will be responsible for taking ownership of assigned accounts
  • Maintain and promote relationships with a broad range of customer contacts to grow sales and develop enterprise solutions opportunities to solve our customers challenges and deliver high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Experience of building three-way partnerships with strategic suppliers and customers, ideally understands the design registration process. 
  • Extensive understanding of pricing programs and models within the electronics industry would be beneficial, but not essential.
  • Must be able to lead quarterly business reviews with customers, presenting strategic plans and implementation steps to grow sales, demand creation and improve customer service.  
  • The role will require travel and occasional overnight stays - we offer an autonomous and flexible environment to help make this happen
